Terms of Service

You may browse the site, contact us, book sessions and use your client gallery for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please don’t copy or download our photos outside the download tools we provide, try to get around a watermark, download limit or password, or interfere with how the site works.

An inquiry is not a booking. A session is booked once you sign the session agreement we send you and pay any deposit it asks for. Your session agreement sets out the details of your session, including the price, rescheduling and cancellation, delivery and how you may use your photos. If anything in these terms conflicts with your session agreement, the session agreement wins.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Prints and photo books are made to order just for you, so all sales are final; if anything arrives damaged, email us and we’ll have it replaced. Mini sessions, gift certificates and other offers follow the terms shown when you book or buy them.

Client galleries are private to you and anyone you choose to share your link with. A gallery may have a download limit and a closing date, both shown in the gallery. Please download and back up your photos before your gallery closes.

The photographs and other content on this site belong to MRA Photography and are protected by copyright. As a client, you may use your photos as described in your session agreement. Preview images with a watermark are for viewing only.

The private admin area of the site can post our own photos and videos to our own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts after we connect them. These tools are used only by us, for our accounts. They don’t access or post to visitors’ social media accounts. If you use a share button to post one of your photos, you’re posting from your own account, under that platform’s terms.

The site links to other services, such as social media, payment and map pages. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date above.
