We only collect what we need to serve you well:

• Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or booking request, we collect your name, email address, and the session details you provide (such as session type, preferred date, and any message). If you create a client account, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
• Order & payment information. When you purchase prints or additional gallery downloads, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number — we retain only the order record, amount, and shipping details you provide.
• Photographs. Images from your session are stored in your private online gallery, accessible only to you and to us.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location) through cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

• To respond to your inquiries and plan your session.
• To deliver your galleries, prints, and downloads.
• To process payments and fulfill orders.
• To send you emails related to your session, and — if you opt in — an occasional newsletter or blog update. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We use cookies and lightweight analytics to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to see which pages are helpful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site (such as your account) may not work properly without them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to perform their service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional and newsletter emails.
• Cloudinary — hosting and delivering your gallery images.
• Vercel & Neon — website hosting and database.
• Analytics providers — understanding site usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

If you join our mailing list (or become a client), we may send occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. Session- and order-related emails are not marketing and are sent as part of serving you.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, just email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photographs of minors are only taken and shared with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
